Free Plans
I am happy to share these with you for your personal, not-for-profit use. You are encouraged to make these in any form (ornaments, felting, quilting, applique, etc.) and sell for, non-profit fund-raising.
Purchased Plans
With the purchase of my plans through a felt bird or critter kit or book you are granted license to create ornaments and sell them for personal profit.
Shipping Policy
At present, Downeast Thunder Farm products ship only in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Items generally ship within two days via the US Postal Service.
Return Policy
If you receive a defective item or an item shipped in error, I will gladly send you a replacement, issue you a credit or refund your money upon receipt of the merchandise. I will also absorb shipping costs.
If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return it, I will accept returns within 14 days and refund your initial purchase price LESS shipping charges. Items must be in original packaging, and unused. Please contact me before returning merchandise for an authorization number and the correct shipping address.
Sale or discontinued items are final sales and not exchangeable.
