A river otter (I think) briefly caught on the bear cam this morning. We’re .3 of a mile from the river. I can’t imagine the duck pond holds that much appeal, but who knows. This is a first!

I love this update with the bear and otter and just all of the scenery of Maine. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. Nancy DeGennaro.
He/she was shy, didn’t want to stick around!
Could be but it looks a lot like a fisher – a big one! Our neighbor has a trail cam and sends me the images when it’s something unusual. We’ve had lots of coyotes, raccoons, opossum, skunks, fishers and the occasional bobcat! So fun to see what lurks around at night even here in Massachusetts. Jan in MA
Hi! I love your felt patterns and have used 11 of them to make a mobile for my granddaughter. The sheltie and the lab became a collie(Yogi) and a golden (Dudley) who are my dogs (her dogs if you ask her.)
It turned out pretty cute. I would love to send you a pic. Is that ok?
Oh Susan I love the owls holding the Ukrainian flags.
Thanks! 🙂
Hmm. That feels more disturbing!
