It’s been a cloudy and cool June. I stopped waiting for the rain to go away and chanced a visit to the beach. An unscheduled outing, once there Hannah and I both realized how much we needed the meditative calm of the ocean.
Mist rolled across the solitary beach as we meandered. Within moments Hannah spotted her first seaglass gem.
A lovely way to end a dreary week.
Beautiful pics! What a wonderful place to enjoy. I love sea glass! What do you do with yours?
Beautiful pictures !
We are having a patch of lovely weather at the moment here in north east England, uk .
Most of the time it’s dull , cloudy and usually wet!
I stumbled upon your Blog this morning because I was looking for a California quail pattern for a landscape quilt I am doing. It is so refreshing to see authenticity and appreciation for the little things still alive in the world. I am in Southern California and we too have not seen the sun in about a month. So much for our “sunshine tax”.
