Hannah has been returned to college and I once again have an empty nest. Paul braved the storm for the trip, plotting and planning his route while I sat home and worried.
It’s amazing how quickly the past month passed. And it was a wonderful time – shopping, beach walks, photo outings, movies, a multi-season Great British Bake Off marathon, and lots of great food. Plans are percolating for Spring Break – 55 days away I’m told. However, knowing she’s got a date for Chinese takeout and football tonight with her friends warms my heart.
