Paul is my resident engineer, maker and fabricator. He’s a handy guy to have around. As a result, he was roped into more than one of my Christmas Tree Festival projects. After spying a little sleigh with trees on Pinterest, I challenged him to make one for me for our event. We negotiated a bit on design and this is the end result. I gave him the graphic for the “Merry Christmas” and he cut out the parts and carved it with his CNC machine. I dressed the trees with simple twinkle lights and called it good. It was a poplar tree at the festival.
