Just when I was feeling hopeful about spring, Mother Nature showed her might. I don’t remember a February with less snow than we’ve had this year.
Until today. The storm lasted eighteen hours leaving us with heavy, sticky, knee-deep deep snow.
It was a day to hunker down and wait for the weather to pass.
Some of us more active than others.
Clean up took Paul a few hours on the tractor.
I’m sure it was great “snowman snow” for anyone so inclined to play.
An unexpected glow from a garden light on the edge of night.
My companion for the day.
Gotta love a snow day.
Time to break out the snowshoes and go for a walk! That’s a big snow.
