A couple of years ago, Hannah and I hiked one of the Bog Brook Cove trails in Trescott. I remember discovering a lovely cove inhabited by seals at the end of the trail. On the bluffs above the beach sat perched a gray weathered shingle home. Tonight I had the chance to view Bog Brook Cove from that home on the bluffs.
When I was invited to this get-together, I didn’t appreciate the address until I rounded the bend and spied the cove below that Hannah and I once explored. While waiting for the moonrise over the water – which we missed (maybe we were looking in the wrong direction?) I got these shots of the cove in the fading light.
