We survived Blizzard Nemo. It snowed and the wind howled for the better part of 24 hours. As a result of the high winds it’s hard to tell how much snow fell. In some areas it’s up to your hips, in others your knees. I cannot remember such a ferocious storm that lasted so long. Whatever the official snowfall count – we’ve got a lot of white stuff. And the sun is shinning bright for clean-up day. Click on the thumbnail for a larger view.

- A Red Squirrel took up residence in the dinky bird feeder.
- The Chickadees didn’t seem to mind the weather.
- Hannah battling the elements to bring fresh water to the bantam chickens.
- Paul and Hannah working together to feed and water the critters.
- The morning after – very little snow to clear off the vehicles because of all the wind.
- The pristine snow of our driveway.
- The mail box still stands. Maybe the tape job did the trick.
- Snowshoeing down the driveway.
